About twenty-five email addresses either did not work or were rejected by the member's server.
You MUST add us to your safe senders list or these emails will not get through.
Please, please, please go and check your email safe list if you have not received our newsletters.

Outlook Express (6.0 or later) and Outlook 2000:
In Outlook Express, you cannot add an entire domain. Instead, you will need to add the specific e-mail address that the desired messages come from.
- From the Tools menu, select Address Book.
- Click New and select New Contact from the drop-down menu that appears.
- Enter the e-mail address and any other details you want, then click OK.
NB. Make sure you add: ian@teacherxpress.co.nz
If you have an e-mail message from us, from our message you can also:
- Right-click the sender’s name or email address in the From field of the header.
- Select Add to Address Book in the shortcut menu that appears.
Microsoft Outlook:
To add an address or domain to Safe Senders in Outlook:
- Select Actions | Junk E-mail | Junk E-mail Options... from the menu in Outlook.
- Go to the Safe Senders tab.
- Click Add....
- Type the domain name you want to whitelist.
- Click OK.
- Click OK again.
NB. Make sure you add : @teacherxpress.co.nz
If you already have a message from us and you want to add us to the Safe Senders list in your Outlook Inbox (or the Junk E-mail folder, of course), the procedure is even easier:
- Open a message from the sender (or a sender at the domain) you wan to add to Safe Senders.
- Select Actions | Junk E-mail and then Add Sender to Safe Senders List or Add Sender's Domain (@teacherxpress.co.nz) to Safe Senders List.
Gmail
In Gmail, you cannot add an entire domain. Instead, you will need to add the specific e-mail address that the desired messages come from.
- Click Contacts in the navigation area on the left.
- Click Create Contact in the blue bar at the top.
- Enter the e-mail address and any other details you want, then click Save.
NB. Make sure you add: ian@teacherxpress.co.nz
If you have an e-mail message from Teacher Xpress, from that message you can also:
- Click More options in the header.
- Click Add sender to Contacts list in the options that appear.
In Yahoo! Mail, you cannot add an entire domain. Instead, you will need to add the specific e-mail address that the desired messages come from.
- Click the Addresses tab.
- Click Add Contact at the upper left.
- Enter the e-mail address and any other details you want, then click Save.
- NB. Make sure you add: ian@teacherxpress.co.nz
If you have an e-mail message from Teacher Xpress, from our message you can also:
- Click Add to Address Book in the From field of the header.
- Click Save Contact.
- Click the Contacts tab.
- In the navigation area on the left, click Safe List.
- Enter the e-mail address and click Add. To add the entire domain, enter @teacherxpress.co.nz instead of a particular e-mail address.
If you have an e-mail message from Teacher Xpress in your junk mailbox, from our message you can also:
- Click Save Address in the toolbar.
- Click Save.
AOL (8.0 or later)
In AOL, you cannot add an entire domain. Instead, you will need to add ian@teacherxpress.co.nz.
- Click Mail Options and select Address Book from the drop-down menu that appears.
- Click Add Contact or Add, depending on the version you are using.
- Enter ian@teacherxpress.co.nz and any other details you want, then click Save.
If you have an e-mail message from Teacher Xpress, from our message you can also:
- Click the Add Address icon.
- Click Save.
MSN 8.0
- In the navigation area on the left, click E-mail Settings.
- Click Junk Mail.
- Click Safe List.
- Click Add an item to this list.
- Enter: ian@teacherxpress.co.nz and click Add. To add the entire domain, enter @teacherxpress.co.nz instead of a particular e-mail address.
MSN 9.0
- In the navigation area on the left, click Settings E-mail | Junk e-mail
- Enter the ian@teacherxpress.co.nz and click Add. To add the entire domain, enter @teacherxpress.co.nz
- Click Save Changes.
If you have an e-mail message from Teacher Xpress, from our message you can also:
- Click Always show from this sender in the bar above the message header.
Mac Mail
- Ctr-click the ian@teacherxpress.co.nz and select "open in address book."
- Verify the sender's contact details
Mac Entourage
- Open the email.
2. Control-click the ian@teacherxpress.co.nz email address.
3. Select “add to address book” in the short-cut menu.
4. Verify the sender’s contact details.
5. Click “save.”
