Q: Do I have to be a Teacher to join?
A: You need to be a registered New Zealand Teacher and will need to supply your Registration Number. School support staff, preschool staff and tertiary staff can also join - just follow the instructions on the registration form.
Q: Can I take my spouse, family or friends on a trip?
A: Yes, absolutely. Your friends and family have access to the travel deals also and can book using your membership number.
Q: I'm single, can I travel with Teacher Xpress?
A: All of our prices are advertised as twin share (meaning two people share a room), however, you're welcome to pay a single supplement to have your own room. We can look for a room buddy for you if you're planning on taking one of our tours - just email us for details.
Q: Will Teacher Xpress deals be announced anywhere else?
A: Notification of any deals will be emailed direct to you from this website. A brief reference will be posted on the Teacher Xpress Facebook page but FULL details will be on THIS website ONLY.
Q: Can I pay off my trip in installments?
A: Yes, you can choose to pay off your trip weekly, fortnightly or montly if you wish to. See details on how to do this on each trip details page.
Q: Can I claim Airpoints?
A: Yes. We used a range of Airlines so if you are a member of the airlines rewards system that the trip is using you can claim your airpoints once you return from your travels. Just remember to keep your boarding passes so that you can log onto the airpoints website and claim them once home.
